Tasting Notes :

26 years on lies!!, can you imagine, Le Brun Servenay took care of this bottle for 26 years before releasing the wine. History into a bottle, this is what we talk about...

The wine shows all the years it went through before arriving in your glass, it is deep, bubbles are so fine to let you enjoy all aspects of this fantastic wine. It is toasty, with crème brulée aromas, the tension is still well presence to develop the complexity of this terroir enhanced by vines up to 80 years old.
